As we expand our presence in India, we’re seeking a dynamic and driven **Sales Representative** to help bring Quanta’s vision to banks across the country.

**Role Summary**

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and nurturing long-term relationships with banks and large financial institutions. You will collaborate closely with internal product and marketing teams, stay abreast of industry trends, and help shape how Quanta Card technology is adopted across the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive new client acquisition efforts focused on banks and large enterprises in India, the Middle East and Asia.
- Lead the **end-to-end sales process**, from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including **C-level executives**, to position Quanta Card as their preferred payments solution.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Develop customized sales strategies for target banks and payment providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including **Product, Marketing, and Operations** to deliver effective client solutions.
- Stay informed of **industry trends**, competitive offerings, and regulatory updates to support sales strategies.
- Represent Quanta at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing discussions.
- Foster **long-term client relationships** to drive loyalty and ongoing growth.
- Report regularly on sales progress and forecasts to leadership.
- Be willing to travel across the Middle East and Asia as needed for client meetings and events.

**Required Qualifications**
- **5+ years** of proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling to **banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises**.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and managing the full sales cycle to close.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership, including **C-level executives**.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey value propositions effectively.
- Payments industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience selling **technology or financial solutions** to banks or large companies.
- Familiarity with **payments systems, fintech products**, or banking technology.
- Located in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
