**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to engage potential clients and promote our products.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Represent the company professionally at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Identify customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications and RequirementsEssential**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Experience in sales, particularly in residential luxury projects.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client meetings.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in cold calling or event representation is a plus.
