**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Interact with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide personalized investment recommendations.
- **Trading Operations**:

- Execute buy and sell orders for stocks, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
- Monitor market movements to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct technical and fundamental analysis of stocks and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on market performance and investment opportunities.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies during trading activities.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- **Education & Support**:

- Educate clients about stock market basics, trading tools, and portfolio management.
- Resolve client queries promptly and provide excellent customer support.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of stock market trading platforms (e.g., NSE/BSE, Zerodha, Upstox).
- Certification in stock market operations or related fields is a plus (e.g., NISM, CFA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
