**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze stock market trends, economic reports, and other financial data to provide insights and forecasts.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist clients with portfolio management, answer queries, and provide advice based on market conditions.
- **Trade Execution**: Execute buy/sell orders for clients based on their instructions or investment strategies.
- **Portfolio Management**: Work on diversifying and balancing clients' investment portfolios in alignment with their financial goals.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on stocks, bonds, commodities, and other financial instruments to suggest profitable investment opportunities.
- **Risk Management**: Advise clients on risk management strategies and help them understand the risks associated with their investments.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all trades and actions are compliant with relevant market regulations and company policies.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on market activity, client portfolios, and performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or certifications like CFA, NISM, etc., are a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in stock market analysis, trading, or investment advisory (for executive-level roles).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in market analysis software, MS Office Suite, and trading platforms (e.g., Zerodha, Angel One, etc.).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of stock markets, trading instruments (stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, etc.), and financial regulations.

**Preferred Skills**
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of macroeconomic trends and their impact on the stock market.
- Basic understanding of portfolio management and asset allocation.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position with standard working hours, some flexibility for market-related emergencies.
- Potential for client-facing activities, either remotely or in-person.

**Career Growth Opportunities**
- Opportunity to advance to Senior Market Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Investment Advisor roles based on performance and experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
