**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our stock market research advisory services.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide information about our services to meet their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and sell our services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and share best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Basic understanding of the stock market and financial products is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
