- **ग्राहक संबंध प्रबंधन**: संभावित ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना और उनके साथ मजबूत संबंध स्थापित करना।
- **प्रस्ताव और सौदे तैयार करना**: ग्राहकों के लिए आकर्षक प्रस्ताव तैयार करना और उन्हें समझाना।
- **प्रदर्शन और ओपन हाउस आयोजित करना**: प्रॉपर्टी के प्रदर्शन और ओपन हाउस कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करना।
