**Eligibility-** B.Tech Mechanical

**Location-** Una, Himachal Pradesh

**Experience-** 1-2 Years

**Job Description-**

1. To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of manpower handling, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes

3. Knowledge of chemical process plant.
4. Experience of equipment like Reactor, Neutsche filter, FFE etc.
5. Ensure implementation of production activities as per plan and target
6. GMP documentation and knowledge
7. Troubleshooting process disturbances, smooth start-up and shutdown of the plants.
8. Analyzing the plant parameters for optimization of the process.
9. Identifying the non-conformities in the product/process and taking corrective action.
10. Maintaining Safety and housekeeping during the shift.
11. Training of Production personnel.
12. Consumption of Raw Material as per set norms.
13. Adhere to ISO guidelines.
14. Carrying out maintenance jobs as per work permit system norms.
15. To report to superior about unsafe act, unsafe method & unsafe condition (if any) in his work area.
16. Detailed reporting of all minor or major incidents/near misses/abnormality and injuries to superior.
17. To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and procedures
18. To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy

19. Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to can

20. To have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company

21. Responsible for ensuring company resources are used in an effective manner to ensure best operating cost.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Una, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
