**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Good knowledge of the physical-chemical parameters of food ingredients such as juice concentrates, oleoresins, vegetable powders, dehydrated vegetables etc.
- Handling of lab instruments (including calibration) and performing quant/ qual analyses
- Responsible for testing of samples and final products
- Ensuring quality and consistency of products - monitoring product quality at every stage of the process to ensure compliance with standards
- Product specifications review and approvals
- Coordinate with laboratories for product validations
- Designing and leading internal audit programs
- Maintaining food safety and quality documentation (QMS) that comply with FSSAI etc
- Responsible for maintaining certifications such as FSSC22000
- Review and approval of product labels
- To review raw materials, intermediates, finished products and packaging material

**Skillset required**:

- Requisite experience in a food manufacturing company, with focus on microbiology, HACCP, safety and sanitation
- Experience as a manager, supervisor or team leader
- Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
- Strong communication skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
