The Sales Tele caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales growth through effective communication and persuasive techniques. This role involves managing a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with prospects to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or contact lists.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria and requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively address customer queries and objections.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver clear and compelling sales pitches to persuade prospects to consider our products/services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any additional questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales or tele calling role is preferred but not required.
