Job Description for Performance Marketing Intern:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify areas for improvement.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize ad targeting.Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.Use analytical tools like Google Analytics to track and report campaign results.Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in digital advertising and marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency in social media marketing, online marketing and paid marketing.
- Analytical and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A keen interest in designing
- Enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
