We are seeking a highly motivated **Marketing Intern** with an MBA (Marketing) background to support our marketing initiatives in the education sector. The intern will gain hands-on experience in strategy, campaign management, brand building, and event execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Strategy & Planning - Offline Marketing**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.

**2. Brand Management**
- Contribute to strengthening brand visibility across offline platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns and communications.

**3. Campaigns & Lead Generation**
- Support in planning and managing student recruitment campaigns across offline channels (events, partnerships, print).
- Assist in driving lead generation and nurturing activities to achieve enrollment targets.

**4. Digital Marketing Assistance**
- Contribute to website, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Track performance through analytics and assist in preparing ROI reports.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing team members to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Collaborate with admissions, academics, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.

**6. Events & Partnerships**
- Assist in organizing education fairs, workshops, webinars, and campus events.
- Help in building and maintaining partnerships with schools, universities, and industry bodies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- MBA in Marketing (pursuing or recently completed).
- Strong interest in marketing within the education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
