About the Role

We’re seeking a data-driven and curious Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital advertising efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, performance tracking, and optimization strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you love numbers, testing ideas, and learning what drives ROI—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to:

- Assist in launching and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor daily campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and landing pages to improve performance
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights for internal review

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for someone who brings:

- An analytical mindset and a strong comfort with numbers
- Basic knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- A curious attitude and eagerness to learn about ROI-driven marketing strategies

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
