Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatch staff and drivers.
- Assign routes and schedules to drivers based on delivery needs, traffic, and service priorities.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve delivery or service issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor new dispatch team members.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on department performance.
- Maintain dispatch software and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of data.
- Handle emergency or unplanned situations effectively, including rerouting and resource reallocation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness and minimize downtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
