Dispatch Supervisor

The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating drivers, vehicles, and shipments while maintaining efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily dispatch activities.
- Assign drivers and vehicles based on delivery requirements.
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor transportation routes, fuel usage, and delivery times.
- Handle documentation related to dispatch, transport, and delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Track deliveries and resolve delays, breakdowns, or issues promptly.
- Maintain records of dispatch, vehicle usage, and driver performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, company, and legal regulations.
- Train and guide dispatch staff and drivers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–2years of experience in dispatch / logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of transport operations and dispatch planning.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or dispatch software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
