The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the scheduling, routing, and dispatching of delivery vehicles. The role ensures timely and accurate dispatch of goods, optimizes transportation efficiency, and coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to maintain smooth logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch activities, including vehicle routing, driver assignments, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor the movement of goods and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams for dispatch planning.
- Maintain updated records of shipments, delivery status, and vehicle logs.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety policies, and company procedures.
- Track vehicle performance and maintenance schedules.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints promptly.
- Generate and analyze dispatch reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and guide dispatch staff and drivers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics supervision.
- Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and route optimization tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
