**Job Description: Education Counselor (JEE/NEET)**

**Position Title**: Education Counselor (JEE/NEET)
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Location**: Bhopal

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and acquire clients for JEE/NEET courses.
- **Walk-In Counseling**: Engage with walk-in prospects, understand their requirements, and guide them in choosing the right course for JEE/NEET preparation.
- **Sales Conversion**: Present course offerings, address concerns, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide expert counseling on JEE/NEET programs, helping students make informed decisions based on their academic needs and goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and improve client acquisition strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, Marketing)
- Proven experience in selling K12 courses, especially JEE/NEET prep programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the JEE/NEET exam process and syllabus is a plus
