**Job Description: Admission Counselor cum Sales Executive**

**Position Title**: Admission Counselor cum Sales Executive
**Department**: Sales & Admissions
**Location**: Bhopal - MP Nagar - Zone 2
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel prospective students and parents about programs, courses, and admission procedures.
- Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain updated knowledge of courses, admission policies, and competitive offerings.
- Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update student databases in the CRM system.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to generate inquiries.
- Provide regular reports on inquiries, leads, and admissions to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Business/Marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or a similar role (education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in [English/Hindi/regional language as per location].
