- Provide accurate information about banking services, answer questions, and address customer needs.
- Maintain call logs and update customer information in the database.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Good communication skills in [required languages].
