**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.
- Conduct research to identify trends in the industry and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create compelling copy for posts, ads, and promotional materials that align with brand messaging.
- Manage advertising sales initiatives through platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Assist in product management by providing insights on audience feedback and market trends.
- Support budgeting efforts for campaigns while ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WordPress for content management.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for designing visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating persuasive content that drives engagement.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Content creation: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
