**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. A **Social Media Coordinator** is a professional responsible for managing an organization's or individual's social media presence. Their role involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and growing a brand's social media accounts. Below are the key responsibilities, skills, and qualifications typically associated with the role of a social media coordinator:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**:
- Develop engaging posts (images, videos, and written content) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Schedule and post content regularly on different social media channels using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Monitor accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Maintain a consistent voice across all platforms in line with the brand's tone and style.
- **Campaign Planning & Execution**:
- Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns (e.g., promotions, contests, collaborations).
- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and traffic generated from social media.
- Create regular reports on social media performance and suggest adjustments to strategies based on data.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Build and nurture an online community by interacting with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Address any concerns, complaints, or questions in a professional manner.
- **Trend Monitoring**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Implement new strategies based on emerging trends in the social media landscape.
- **Brand Consistency**:
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and visual identity.
