About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Develop compelling and platform-specific content, including text posts, high-quality before-and-after photos (with proper patient consent), videos showcasing procedures or product demonstrations, stories, reels, and live Q&As with our medical professionals. Content should focus on topics such as:
Skin health and maintenance
Specific skin conditions (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis)
Cosmetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels)
Product spotlights and skincare routines
Patient testimonials (with consent)
Clinic updates and promotions
Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
Platform Management: Manage and optimize profiles on platforms relevant to the target audience, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and potentially Pinterest.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, and respond professionally and promptly, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and appointment bookings, and provide regular reports on social media performance.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in dermatology, aesthetics, and social media, ensuring our content remains relevant and engaging.
Hashtag Research & Implementation: Conduct thorough hashtag research using relevant medical and aesthetic terms to maximize content discoverability.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our dermatologists, aestheticians, and marketing team to ensure content accuracy and alignment with our brand and medical standards.
Image and Video Editing: Edit photos and videos to a high standard, ensuring professional quality and appropriate lighting.
Adherence to Medical Marketing Guidelines: Ensure all content complies with advertising regulations for medical practices and HIPAA guidelines for patient privacy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-2+ years preferred) managing social media accounts, ideally within the healthcare or beauty industry.
Strong understanding of dermatology, aesthetics, and skincare.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and engaging way for a general audience.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with photo and video editing software.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
A background in science, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
