IndiGo is looking for highly dynamic and self-motivated individual engage in Direct Distribution Function for IndiGo. This role's focus is to engage in current direct website/mobile channel and continuously add new ways to enhance the airline distribution across geographies
- Will be supporting Website, Mobile app and other direct channels for the airlines
- Driving Direct website and Mobile App sales through multiple campaigns
- Engage in strengthening and expanding direct distribution network, partnering with stakeholders to increase the website traffic and revenue
- Understand current IndiGo APIs and help customers to enhance their workflows
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Proactively review, analyse, report, and communicate performance metrics and engage in activities for direst sale increase campaigns
- Coordination with different stakeholders (marketing, operations, finance, legal, etc.) for end to end implementation of direct sale campaigns
- Responsible for preparing reports and dashboards for website Sales business.
- Regularly do competition analysis and provide relevant reports and information
- Responsible for coordinating with IT team for the testing and implementation for any new product and functionality
- Responsible for creating and maintaining distribution related MIS
- Complete tests to ensure website/mobile efficiency and quality
- Evaluate other airlines channels and direct sale strategies
- Identify ways to improve website/mobile user experience 

- Education Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate with technical discipline
- Industry Preference: Airlines/E- Commerce /OTA/GDS/D2C
- Years of Experience: 0-2 Years
- Nature of Experience: knowledge of web technologies
- Highly data driven
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
