**Job Title: Legal Executive**

**Role Definition**:
We are looking for a Legal Executive to support our legal and project team by preparing and managing documents related to land, project approvals, and government compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Land Document Preparation for Acquisition**:

- Handling land-related documentation, assisting in demarcation, and coordinating the drafting of various land agreements as per manager’s guidelines.

**Preparation of Project Approval documents & Progress reports -**Managing documentation and coordination for Development Authority and RERA approvals, including fee deposit, report preparation, portal uploads, and liaison with concerned officials as per manager’s guidance.

**Record Keeping of Land & Project Approvals -**Maintaining and updating project development and land inventory records—both online and offline—covering approvals, land documents, and association certificates, and sharing them with relevant departments.

**Skills Required**:

- Language Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing English and Odia
- Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Land Documents & Regulations
- Understanding of Basic Building Regulations

**Education**: Bachelor’s in Law

**Experience**: 3yr to 5yr in similar field

**Age**: 25 - 35 years

**Other Requirement**: Should own a two-wheeler

**Location**: Bhubaneswar

**Salary**:₹25,000 - ₹35,000

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
