**Responsibilities of an Inventory /Stock Executive**

As an inventory and stock executive, your primary responsibility is to manage and control the flow of goods and materials within a company's inventory.

This includes tasks such as monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, coordinating with suppliers, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Accuracy in recording and tracking inventory levels is crucial to prevent discrepancies and ensure efficient operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain orderly inventory systems.
- Effective communication with suppliers, team members, and other departments to coordinate inventory activities and resolve issues promptly.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies, resolve delivery issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, warehousing, and sales to ensure seamless inventory operations and alignment with business goals.
- Understanding of inventory control methods, stock valuation techniques, and inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs while maximizing service levels.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to inventory management, ensuring adherence to legal and safety guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
