Rework parts as required by machining to blueprint dimensions - Work with Engineering to develop programs, determine new methods, develop parameters, and determine material type for new or modified products - Double check quantities of parts produced for accuracy - Maintain a functional work area that is consistent with Five "S" and Lean Manufacturing principles - Be open minded to new methods of automation which require non conventional practices with regard to welding - Inspect parts produced to the company's quality standards, and fitment to the fixture - Fully competent to spot weld - Operator places two pieces of metal into a machine and the machine heats the metal to spot weld - Reads routers, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine dimensional specifications and operating requirements - Dimensionally and visually inspects parts produced to ensure meets customer requirements - Performs required preventative maintenance procedures on assigned welding equipment within specified time frames - Perform mill room duties when needed - Perform welding activities (hand welding) with minimum instruction and supervision - Position welded metal parts on fixtures - Must have experience welding 18 gauge stainless - Cooperate and communicate well with co-workers, support staff, and others - Recognize and participate in improvement activities through the use of established programs such as - Set-up and maintain equipment, settings, gas, wire - Welds metal parts together using both gas welding and any combination of arc welding processes - Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Food provided Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay **Education**: - Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - Malayalam (preferred) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9947350555
