**Job Title: Fabricator/Welder**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the layout and required materials for fabrication.
- **Metal Fabrication**: Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- **Welding Techniques**: Perform various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick) to join metal parts together, ensuring strong and precise welds.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and repair tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify issues during fabrication and welding processes and implement effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or metal fabrication preferred.
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work with various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, confined spaces).
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and manual labor.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily works in a manufacturing or workshop environment.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and fumes; appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.

**Salary**: Salary will vary based on experience, location, and industry standards.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
