**Roles and Responsibilities**

Maintaining the desired Productivity as laid down by the company

Branch Acitivisation

Ensuring a healthy product mix and achieve the overall goalsheet parameters

Handling a team of Upto 40 FOS including TMs and generating business through channel partner.

Driving business through 40-50 PNB Branches in the Circle

Responsible for targets achieving

Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets

Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market

Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
