
Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales of vehicles, achieving monthly targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers to understand their requirements.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate prices, financing, and terms to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automobile products, features, and market trends.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, agreements, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams for promotional activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of automobiles, financing, and insurance options.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
