We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our photography services, including Maternity, Baby and Wedding Photoshoots.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable packages.
- Explain our services, pricing, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Schedule appointments for photo sessions.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and address any queries or concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve service offerings and strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Requirements**: Graduate in any discipline (B.BA preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 6 - 12 months in telesales or customer service, preferably in the photography or event management industry.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Skills**:

- Persuasive and confident in engaging with clients over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- A positive and goal-oriented attitude.
- **Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of photography or interest in the creative field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within Lucknow.
