Sales & Marketing Officer
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing officer to deal with advertising and selling our company’s services, as well as creating competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new services to the market.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Conducting market research on competitors’ services.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and predicting new marketing possibilities.
Answering client queries about service specifications and uses.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
Demonstrates exceptional time management skills and achieves sales deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Solid written and verbal communication skills (both English and French).
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
