- Ensuring **company targets** are achieved on a monthly basis consistently.
- Visiting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Maintaining healthy and fruitful relationships with both Company Super Stockiest/ Depot and Distributors.
- Ensuring company payments are received in a timely manner.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Work in an environment of collaboration and efficient and effective sales achievement methodologies.
- Ensuring accurate reporting is done on a daily basis of the secondary sales made in the market.

Sales Officer Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Up to 12th standard
- Proven sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
