Currently we are hiring as Accounts Executive.

Job Location: Whitefield _ Bangalore

1. Sales Reconciliation from different DTC platforms.

2. Reconciliation of Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistic cost

3. MIS on Target vs Actual cost - Each function

4. Reconciliation of Debit & Credit notes in the system

5. Daily and Weekly MIS reports for Fixed and Variable cost

6. Monitoring of Receivables from different customers

7. Daily RM/PM/SFG/consumables stock tracking and inventory auditing monthly to reconcile system data

9. Accounting responsibility of DN/CN and various other related Navision docs.
- Direct responsibility of Store inventory control activities, GRN, invoice upload in Kiss flow and sharing relevant reports to concerned stakeholders.
- Direct responsibility for maintaining the GMP / GHP norms in the plants & specific to store area.
- Direct responsibility for maintaining the perpetual inventory records in the finished goods warehouse.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 3 years (preferred)
- Costing: 3 years (preferred)
- Account reconciliation: 3 years (preferred)
- Accounts receivable: 3 years (preferred)
- Debit Note / Credit Note: 3 years (preferred)
