**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, milestones and deliverables
- Create project schedules, plans,
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders
- Identify and track project risks and issues and develop resolution plans
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Manage project documentation and ensure it is up to date and easily accessible
- Assist in preparing project presentations and reports
- Monitoring and managing project expenditures to ensure financial control
- Taking care of client’s requirements through attentive and pro-active communication.

**Requirements**:

- B.E Civil (mandatory)
- Master’s degree in project management, business administration or related field is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
