- **Tax Compliance**:Assisting with tax filings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Tally & Excel Proficiency**:Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel is often required.

Operations:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:Handling customer inquiries, addressing issues, and coordinating deliveries.
- **Logistics Coordination**:Working with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintaining optimal stock levels and anticipating future needs based on historical data.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implementing solutions.

General:

- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and potentially other languages like Telugu or Hindi (depending on the company and location).
- **Problem-Solving**:Handling customer complaints, resolving discrepancies, and addressing operational challenges.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
