**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monthly Compliance Reviews**:

- Conduct and review clients’ compliance activities including:

- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
- Provident Fund (PF).
- Professional Tax (PT).
- Employee State Insurance (ESI).
- GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Ensure timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- **Internal Audits and GST Health Checks**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and documenting internal audits for clients.
- Participate in GST health checks to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively to analyze data and assess the effectiveness of current compliance measures.
- **Virtual CFO Support**:

- Be an integral part of Virtual CFO teams, providing advisory support to clients on:

- Financial planning and management.
- Compliance strategy optimization.
- Taxation and other regulatory issues.
- **Monthly Review Reporting**:

- Assist seniors in preparing comprehensive monthly review reports for clients.
- Analyze data to identify trends, key issues, and actionable insights.
- Support in client presentations and discussions to ensure clarity and understanding of reports.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Professional qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and compliance tools.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GST regulations, and labor law compliance.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle client interactions professionally.
