**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive website strategies aligned with Triptadka’s brand and business goals.
- Analyze website data (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Drive SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user engagement.
- Ensure mobile-first design and performance best practices are followed.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee A/B testing, user journey mapping, and content structure improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Website Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, web analytics, SEO, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Proven experience leading successful website redesigns or optimization projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how they relate to website performance.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving attitude.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better collaboration with developers.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and funnel optimization tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
