Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Creative Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team.. As the Creative Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall brand growth and identity across various platforms including social media, websites, and e-commerce. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive success and ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand identity.
- Lead the development of creative concepts, campaigns, and content that resonate with our target audience and align with brand values.
- Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content across social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand expansion and differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, conferences, and industry forums.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles within the cosmetic or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with social media management, website development, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of driving results and managing projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize brand performance.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and wellness trends with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
