**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate

**Location**: DLF2, 3rd Floor, Block B, Rajarhat, Kolkata

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate with a degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

**Salary**:

- INR 12.7k to 15.4k per month, depending on experience

**Time Shift**:

- Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift.
