
Receptionist and Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Telecalling**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s real estate services.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations.
- Provide accurate information about properties and services offered.
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing meeting rooms.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and update filing systems for important documents.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Assist with data entry and management tasks.
- Provide support to other administrative and sales team members as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or relevant field are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a telecaller or receptionist, preferably in the real estate industry.
