**Minimum Qualification**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Optometry.
- Develop and update curriculum and instructional materials in line with current trends and industry requirements.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and clinical demonstrations.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Participate in academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the department.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish papers in reputed journals (preferable).
- Support the institution’s academic and accreditation processes.
- Maintain professional conduct and promote a positive learning environment.

**Key Skills Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of Optometry and related disciplines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Basic understanding of research methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and techniques (e.g., smart classrooms, LMS).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
