We are seeking experienced and dedicated **Assistant Professors** for our **Pharmacy Department** in the following specializations:

- **Pharmaceutics**:

- **Pharmaceutical Chemistry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
- Prepare course material, lesson plans, and assessments in line with the curriculum.
- Guide students in research projects, internships, and academic growth.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and conferences in the respective field.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic environment.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic performance evaluations.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty for curriculum development and innovation in teaching methods.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- M.Pharmacy in the relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from a recognized university.
- Minimum **4 to 5 years of teaching experience** in a reputed institution.
- Strong academic and professional track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with NAAC/NBA/PCI regulations.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and leadership skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
