**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Teaching**:

- Supervise undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students.
- Conduct academic assessments and evaluations effectively.

**Research**:

- Undertake high-quality research in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and publish in reputed journals.
- Guide research scholars and contribute to the development of the department’s research profile.

**Administration**:

- Participate in departmental and institutional administrative activities.
- Assist in curriculum development and policy implementation.
- Serve on academic and administrative committees.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Engage in continuous professional development.
- Foster industry-institute interactions and contribute to consultancy projects.
- Promote ethical practices and contribute to the overall academic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related discipline.
- **Basic Qualification**: M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with a consistently good academic record.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Strong research background with publications in indexed journals (Scopus/Web of Science).
- Experience in guiding M.Pharm and Ph.D. students.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching aids and digital tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
