Project Role: Scrum Master

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics.

Education

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Must have - Scrum Master and Agile Certifications.

Job description
- Lead the Scrum Team(s) in using Agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles including the 3-5-3 structure of scrum.
- Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing).
- Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
- Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams or similar agile management tooling.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks.
- Help the Scrum Team(s) to focus on the task at hand and remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders, including burndown charts, velocity, and sprint/release progress.
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s) on Agile principles and practices, including self-organization and cross-functionality. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum Team(s) in Agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Experience in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
