The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products on time. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sprints and continuous improvement of agile practices.Key Responsibilities :- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.- Act as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy and prioritized product backlog.- Identify and remove impediments to team progress proactively.- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency, ownership, and accountability.- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align on dependencies and deliverables.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.- Experience in facilitating Agile adoption and scaling within teams.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.- Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.Why Kadel Labs :- Opportunity to work on innovative, cutting-edge technologies.- Collaborative and inclusive work culture.- Flexible and hybrid work environment.- Focus on learning, growth, and career advancement.
