**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. **Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to improve collaboration and efficiency.**
Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. **Remove impediments and blockers that affect the team’s delivery.**
Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders. **Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.**
Ensure the team adheres to Agile values, practices, and agreed processes. **Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to align on best practices.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred). **2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery environment.**
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). **Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.**
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on team goals. **Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.**

**Preferred (Good to Have)**
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). **Exposure to software development or testing environments.**
Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹32,534.20 - ₹50,880.86 per month
