**Job Title: Dessert Chef/Pastry Chef**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and create a variety of desserts, with a focus on vegan and gluten-free options.
- Operate and maintain ice cream churning machines, ensuring high-quality production.
- Keep accurate inventory of ingredients and supplies, managing stock levels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert recipes and innovate existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of dessert ingredients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and dietary preferences to enhance dessert offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dessert chef or pastry chef.
- Strong knowledge of traditional pastry techniques.
- Eagerness to learn about vegan ice cream and dessert-making methods.
- Familiarity with operating ice cream churning machines.
- Experience with vegan and gluten-free desserts is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in dessert preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
