Position **Store Relationship Associate**
Reports to **Area Sales Manager**

**Scope of Work**
- Customer-facing front-end interactive job.
- Cross-selling of the Insurance Products to the Walk-in customers in reliance stores
- Showcase benefits of service products and enable member / Service registrations
- Will manage and travel to handle multiple stores within the city or outside the city
- Answer all queries related to sales & service products
- Update a/c information & customer profile using CRM, Provide a/c related info to customers

**Key relationships**
- Area Sales Manager for implementation of specific product promotions / customer relationship Programme.
- Act as a feed-back loop for key customer related issues
- Store specific promotion Programme.
- Store Staff and Store Manager.

**Key Results Areas**
- Achievement of Targets for Sales and Service Promotion - based on store walk-ins and catchments.
- Effective resolution of customer issues as per defined SOP & TAT.
- Participation in “In-Store” promotional actives for lead generation for Insurance
- Ensuring proper documentation and after sales service.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sales and services as per SOP.
- Recording customer interaction, and escalating for resolution to respective authority
- Responsible for ensuring fulfillment of Sales targets, all services offerings.
- Responsible for update and upkeep of marketing & sales collaterals and system availability
- Proper documentation and after sales service.
- In-time posting of the money into the system and ensuring zero recon issues.

**Expected Profile**
- Educational Qualification Graduate or 12th Pass
- Other requirement Good knowledge of MS office - Excel / Word
- Salary Band
- 21 K (Gross) - Delhi + conveyance + incentive
- 15 K (Gross) - UP, UK, Haryana, Rajasthan, J&K + Conveyance + Incentive

**Location - **UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, J&K, Jaipur & Udaipur

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
