**Key Responsibilities**:
**- 3D Animation Creation**: Develop and produce high-quality 3D animations based on project requirements and creative briefs.
**- Motion Graphics**: Design and animate motion graphics for a range of multimedia projects, including promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
**- Video Editing**: Edit raw footage, add special effects, transitions, and audio elements to create polished final products.
**- Concept Development**: Work with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and refine animation and motion graphic concepts.
**- Software Proficiency**:Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, and others to create and render animations and motion graphics.
**- Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
**- Quality Control**: Review and revise animations and motion graphics to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the creative vision.
**- Collaboration**:Communicate effectively with team members, including directors, producers, and other editors, to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new software, and techniques to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
**- Experience**:Proven experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in 3D animation and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar tools.
**- Creativity**: Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
**- Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of animation principles, video editing techniques, and visual storytelling.
**- Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
**- Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
**- Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering.
- Knowledge of additional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
