**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality 3D character models, including sculpting, texturing, and shading, ensuring they align with the project's artistic direction.
- Collaborate with concept artists, animators, and developers to bring characters to life with personality and detail.
- Optimize character assets for real-time performance across multiple gaming platforms while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in character modeling, rigging, and animation.
- Participate in team discussions, provide constructive feedback in art reviews, and contribute to the creative vision of the project.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or ZBrush.
- Experience working with game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Basic knowledge of rigging and skinning processes.
- Strong artistic skills with a good grasp of color, texture, and composition.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
- Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
