**Position Summary**:
The Wellness Coach will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle by offering personalized wellness plans, coaching sessions, and holistic health advice. You will work closely with individuals to support their physical and mental health, emphasizing nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for health, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients on their wellness journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Assessment & Goal Setting**:

- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' health history, current lifestyle, and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized wellness plans tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
- **Wellness Coaching**:

- Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions focused on nutrition, fitness, mental health, and holistic wellness practices.
- Educate clients on topics such as stress management, mindful eating, exercise routines, and general wellness tips.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure they achieve their health and wellness goals.
- **Health Education & Support**:

- Conduct workshops and seminars on wellness-related topics (e.g., mindfulness, healthy living, stress relief).
- Stay updated on wellness trends, research, and best practices to offer current and relevant guidance.
- Act as a motivational resource, supporting clients in overcoming challenges and staying committed to their wellness journey.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work with other healthcare professionals (e.g., nutritionists, physiotherapists, counselors) to provide comprehensive wellness solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress to ensure continuity of care.
- **Program Development**:

- Assist in designing wellness programs, including fitness routines, nutrition plans, and mental wellness strategies.
- Participate in wellness initiatives and community outreach programs to promote healthy living within the broader community.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Sports Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Wellness Coach, Health Coach, or related certification (e.g., ACE Health Coach, NASM Certified Wellness Coach).
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in wellness coaching, nutrition consulting, or a related role.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve health and wellness goals.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of holistic wellness, nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and inspire clients to make sustainable health changes.
- Ability to design and implement personalized wellness plans.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and tracking progress.
- Knowledge of mindfulness practices and stress management techniques.
